Original Homemade

For our Original Homemade varieties, the dough – made of fresh eggs and finest durum wheat semolina – is pressed gently through special pasta dies. The result is golden-yellow pasta with a smooth surface and the typical Tress al-dente bite.

Pure Spelt

Spelt is a particularly nutritious variety of wheat. We only use selected, top-quality spelt wholegrain flour from the biosphere reserve "Swabian Alb". The fine, nutty taste gives your pasta dishes a hearty touch.

Pasta Tradizionale

Pasta Tradizionale stands for pasta pleasure of pure durum wheat semolina. To prepare these egg free specialties, we use traditional bronze dies. This way, we create pasta with thick walls and a rough surface that can perfectly support the sauce.

For more than 45 years, the name of Tress has stood for premium pasta products.

Tress is a family-run company; our home is Muensingen in the heart of the UNESCO biosphere reserve "Swabian Alb". Here, we produce pasta the way our grandmothers used to, so it looks unmistakably delicious as if made by hand.

Thanks to its power of innovation, specific expertise and many years of experience, Tress has not only revolutionized the pasta market but has also developed into one of the leading pasta manufacturers in Germany.

Nowadays, we count more than 80 employees that work daily to exceed our customers' expectations.

Quality

Raw materials

Our durum wheat semolina comes from the best areas of cultivation. Every year, we select only the best, fully ripened and sun-kissed wheat which guarantees the natural yellow semolina that makes our noodles so tasty.

The eggs used for our egg pasta are barn eggs grade "A extra". They originate exclusively from animals raised by certified suppliers. We freshly crack these open on a daily basis. For this reason, fresh egg noodles from Tress are something truly special.

Our spelt pasta is exclusively produced from top-quality spelt wholegrain flour. The spelt is regionally cultivated and excels in terms of its particularly high level of nutrients. 

For all our noodles, we only use pure water from the biosphere reserve "Swabian Alb".

Grandmother's Kitchen

Grandmother's Kitchen stands for products that are prepared with a great deal of love and care. We produce the pasta the way our grandmothers used to, so they look unmistakably delicious as if made by hand.

We gently knead our dough and set it aside to mature quietly. Then it is rolled carefully with rolling pins. This traditional manufacturing method results in a delicous flavor and creates a rough noodle surface that can perfectly support the sauce.

Swabian spaetzle have a delicate, irregular shape and porous surface. In Germany, they typically accompany meat dishes prepared with sauce or gravy. Although spaetzle are enjoyed throughout Germany, they are considered a specialty of the Swabian region.

For our varied "Original Homemade" specialities, the dough - made of fresh eggs and finest durum wheat semolina - is pressed gently through special pasta dies.

The result is golden-yellow pasta with a smooth surface and the typical Tress al-dente bite. It goes without saying, that this tasty pasta will keep both shape and texture when cooked.

The advantage of the pressing process is the variety of shapes. There are countless shapes and our assortment offers you delicious choices for each dish.

Tress Balance Pasta

Our Balance pasta is not only incredibly tasty; it contains very healthy and most natural ingredients. Fill your plate with these noodles to load up on important nutrients and support a balanced diet.

The Balance pasta with oat fiber – a part of the oat plant - is, for example, abundant in dietary fiber.

In combination with wheat germs, they are packed with important vitamins, unsaturated fats, proteins and minerals.

Tress Pasta Tradizionale stands for pasta pleasure of pure durum wheat semolina. To prepare these egg free specialties, we use traditional bronze dies. This way, we create a thick-walled pasta with a rough surface that can perfectly support the sauce.
