Our durum wheat semolina comes from the best areas of cultivation. Every year, we select only the best, fully ripened and sun-kissed wheat which guarantees the natural yellow semolina that makes our noodles so tasty.

The eggs used for our egg pasta are barn eggs grade "A extra". They originate exclusively from animals raised by certified suppliers. We freshly crack these open on a daily basis. For this reason, fresh egg noodles from Tress are something truly special.

Our spelt pasta is exclusively produced from top-quality spelt wholegrain flour. The spelt is regionally cultivated and excels in terms of its particularly high level of nutrients. 

For all our noodles, we only use pure water from the biosphere reserve "Swabian Alb".
